Marco Carola’s globally influential Music On brand will make its first-ever appearance in Malta on Saturday 1 August 2026, bringing a full-scale, 12-hour house and tech house programme to the Malta Fairs & Conventions Centre. Long synonymous with precision programming and uncompromising sound, the brand’s arrival marks a significant new chapter in its international expansion.
At the helm is Music On founder Marco Carola, whose decades-spanning career has shaped modern underground club culture. Renowned for marathon sets built on patience, restraint and groove, Carola’s curatorial vision has turned Music On into a benchmark for consistency, quality and global reach.
Joining him is Dutch selector Franky Rizardo, whose sound blends classic house sensibilities with contemporary rhythmic weight, alongside UK trio Mason Collective, celebrated for their high-energy selections and bass-forward approach that has resonated across major clubs and festivals worldwide.
Berlin-based East End Dubs brings his signature deep and rolling minimal aesthetic, while Italian favourite Ilario Alicante delivers driving, atmospheric selections rooted in techno but shaped with groove at the forefront. Joey Daniel adds further depth to the programme with his punchy, stripped-back house and techno hybrids.
Completing the bill are rising selector Ares Carter and Malta’s own Ant Mifsud, reinforcing Music On’s commitment to pairing international heavyweights with emerging and local talent.
The Malta Fairs & Conventions Centre will be fully reimagined for the occasion, offering the scale and infrastructure required for Music On’s high-spec audiovisual production. Centrally located and easily accessible, the venue provides a fitting setting for the brand’s debut on the island, combining large-format indoor production with Malta’s peak-summer energy.
