Born in Mexico, Junkie Kid is an artist whose musical journey spans across continents, genres, and decades. From an early age, he immersed himself in the world of dance music, influenced by legendary DJs like Mauro Picotto, DJ Quicksilver, and DJ Sammy. This inspiration sparked his passion for music, leading him to begin producing his own tracks at just 16 years old. Over the years, he explored various styles, including techno, trance, hardstyle, house, and Dutch house. But it was a breakthrough moment when he created “Perfect,” a pioneering fusion of hardstyle, house, and dark melodies, giving birth to his signature genre – Neo-Hard House.
