IMS Ibiza, the thought-leadership platform at the intersection of culture, education, industry, and wellness in electronic music, announces today the full program for the sixteenth edition of the summit. Across 80+ discussions and sessions, 200+ speakers will unite with 1,500+ delegates from over 50 countries to explore exactly where the electronic music industry is in 2025 and set the agenda for the coming year.

Across three days, IMS Ibiza, presented in partnership with AlphaTheta, will unite innovators, creators, visionaries, and disruptors from across the global electronic music ecosystem, presenting opportunities to explore best practices and innovation across core pillars of music, technology, diversity & inclusion, education, and health & wellness. Co-hosted by leading BBC Radio 1 broadcasters Pete Tong MBE and Jaguar, the summit will deconstruct the topics and issues that really matter to the global electronic music community, plus unveil the much-anticipated IMS Business Report and its widely quoted annual industry valuation figure, which has become critical to the industry’s positioning and success.

The summit aims to bridge generational gaps, delving into four decades of electronic music, looking for the insights, values, and experience that transcend eras to inform the future of our industry and scene. IMS Ibiza offers an ambitious and innovative program—a true exchange of ideas, wisdom, and creativity across generations.

This year’s theme – Intergenerational Exchange – runs through the entire programme as IMS explores the dynamic connections between generations within the electronic music community.

Kicking off with an opening keynote from Elijah, the theme will unfold across a series of thought-provoking conversations that unite industry pioneers with next-gen talent –  blending experience and perspective with fresh, disruptive ideas.
