ASAL and SEISHŌ present their latest collaboration on their own label DRAGON VOID. They deliver a dark tune on this release, titled “Burning”. It’s somewhere between Melodic Techno and Bass House.
The track has already received a lot of love from MRAK, Korolova and 19:26. It has some heavy bass, tight drums and dark synths throughout the track. Everything is really well put together. The vocals are very prominent on this track. They really help to add that extra atmosphere to the track. They give the track a whole new element. It can be heard when the track gets quieter; they build up the energy and make the transitions into the drops much more impactful.
ASAL and SEISHŌ have a good balance in the track, with the melody being allowed to shine through on parts of the track. Then it goes back into a heavier groove. Overall, this is a new collaboration between the two, but also an introduction to the sound of DRAGON VOID. It’s a bold statement from ASAL and SEISHŌ, who have combined different influences but still have a strong focus on the dance floor.
